Our premium club tiers involve recurring billing. You authorize Zoraqz Book Club to charge your provided payment method on a monthly or annual basis until cancellation. Refunds are handled in accordance with our regional consumer protection laws in South Korea.
All editorial content, original essays, curated lists, and proprietary discussion guides found on zoraqz.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Zoraqz Book Club.
"The service is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. Zoraqz Book Club disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular literary purpose."
In no event shall our total liability surpass the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We maintain the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform for users who violate our community guidelines or these legal terms. We aim to foster a respectful literary environment; harassment within discussion forums is grounds for immediate membership revocation.
Upon termination, your right to access the premium archives will cease immediately. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
